Gazprom placed additional local bonds for €176 million – Kommersant

Gazprom capital additionally posted local bonds for €176.76 million as part of the exchange of the balance of Gazprom Eurobonds (MOEX: GAZP) with maturity in November of the current year. Taking into account the additional placement, the share of replaced Eurobonds increased to 61.7%.
The coupon rate for this issue is 3.125%. The next coupon payment is scheduled for November 17. Initially, Eurobonds worth €1 billion were in circulation. During the first round, held in 2022, Gazprom replaced 44% of the issue with local bonds (bonds worth €439.7 million).
The share of actually placed bonds from the total number of securities of the additional issue was 31.55%, from the total number of securities of the entire issue – 17.68%.
