Subsidiary of Gazprom (MOEX: GAZP) Gazprom International Limited has launched a tender for the sale of assets in the North Sea, including 50% in a joint venture with the German Wintershall Dea. This is reported in the company’s materials on electronic site “ETP Gazprombank”.
MKOO Gazprom International Limited has begun a competitive procedure for the sale of assets in the North Sea. The company placed the corresponding application on the electronic trading platform of Gazprombank,” the company said in a statement.
The company plans to sell a 50% stake in a joint venture with the European Wintershall Dea to Wintershall Noordzee BV (WINZ). A 100% stake in a subsidiary of Gazprom International UK Limited, which owns a stake in the consortium to develop the Sillimanite deposit, will also be put up for sale.
