The international public joint stock company (IJSC) “Yandex” received a listing on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX). The company’s shares will be included in the first quotation list of the site. They will trade under the ticker YDEX.
Press service of MCPAO “Yandex” reportedthat trading in shares will begin in the coming months. Moscow Exchange clarifiedthat the company’s securities will be admitted to trading on May 15. The terms are subject to change upon notification from the company.
Shareholders of the Dutch Yandex NV March 7 approved a deal to sell Russian assets to a consortium of private investors for RUB 475 billion. The parent company will be Yandex, which will retain the businesses, services and assets of the group, with the exception of foreign startups Nebius, Toloka, Avride and TripleTen, as well as a data center in Finland. Management of the company and the right to make key decisions will remain with the previous management team.
