Federal Tax Service denies blacklist of bloggers – Kommersant

The Federal Tax Service (FTS) announced RBCthat do not blacklist bloggers. The Federal Tax Service clarified that the department has an internal risk system that analyzes taxpayers in all sectors of the economy, and not just bloggers.

“If the analysis reveals abuses, signs of splitting or tax shortfalls, then an audit is assigned to specific payers. This approach has a cumulative effect – as a result, the entire market is whitewashed. When implementing it, there is no need to form any lists: having the entire array of big data, the agency reacts pointwise in response to a specific situation, ”the Federal Tax Service says.

At the end of May, the head of the Federal Tax Service, Daniil Egorov saidthat the department “has a list of bloggers, and what kind of lists we just don’t have.” Last week the Association of Bloggers and Agencies complained to the Federal Tax Service to leak a list of 100 Russian stars who are suspected of fraud with the aim of “failure to pay or underpay taxes.”

This year, several popular bloggers were detained for tax evasion. In particular, in April, the founder of the Marathon of Wishes, Elena Blinovskaya, was detained for tax evasion for 918 million rubles. She was placed under house arrest. In May, her husband Alexei presented accusations of complicity and money laundering.
