External information services of the Federal Customs Service (FTS) of Russia were subjected to DDoS attacks, reported Telegramdepartmental channel. As stated in the message, the “personal account” service is working, the source of the attacks has been identified and disabled. The attacks affected the work of information operators providing services to participants in foreign economic activity in transferring information to customs authorities
“Specialists of the company are working on restoring the functionality of services. As of 13:00 Moscow time, data exchange with customs authorities is gradually being restored,” the message says.
The press service of the Federal Customs Service also reported that Alta-Soft, a company providing information services to declarants and participants in foreign economic activity, was subjected to a DDoS attack. The company experienced failures in the electronic declaration system.
