(Vedomosti has it), the developer of which is the service. A source familiar with the preparation of the document confirmed its relevance.
The resolution is proposed to be adopted in the fourth quarter of 2023. The FAS, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Customs Service are listed as responsible executors.
The representative of the FAS told Vedomosti that the draft roadmap is still undergoing interdepartmental coordination and adjustments may be made to it. He stressed that the exchange trade in wood is aimed at increasing the transparency of this area. “For the formation of market indicators, it is necessary that the so-called liquid mass of goods is sold through the exchange – a certain percentage of the total supply to the domestic market, which will be enough to form domestic price indicators,” the source said.
