The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia issued a warning to the low-cost carrier Pobeda, which is part of the Aeroflot group. The company set the fee from 500 to 5 thousand rubles. for correcting personal data in the passenger’s ticket.
IN Telegram channel service said that Pobeda did not justify the need to pay for changing data. The amount of this service, as specified by the FAS, must be economically justified and proportionate to the carrier’s expenses incurred.
Within 30 days, the airline must calculate and approve a single cost for the service, the FAS added. The department’s press service clarified that Pobeda announced its readiness to establish a uniform fee for changing personal data – it will be 800 rubles.
