In accordance with the law, advertising of credit services must contain all the conditions determining the full cost of the loan.

It is clarified that Pochta Bank reported on the execution of the order, but continued to broadcast advertising with violations. In this regard, a fine of 400,000 rubles was imposed on the company. according to Part 2.4 of Art. 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with the FAS order within the prescribed period). The maximum penalty under this article provides for a fine for legal entities in the amount of up to 500,000 rubles.
