The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia allowed the company “Radio Advertisement NN” to acquire retail chains Zarina, Befree, Love Republic and Sela. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (.pdf), Radio Reklama NN LLC is 99.9% owned by Infrastructure Holding-1 LLC, which is owned by Ivan Tavrin’s Kismet Capital Group LLC.
“The Federal Antimonopoly Service approved the application of Radio Reklama NN to acquire the retail chains Zarina, Befree, Love Republic and Sela. According to the service, Radio Reklama NN plans to acquire up to 75% of the shares of MFG Invest JSC, as well as the right to control the activities of Melon Fashion Group JSC and Taxi.Style LLC.
