FAS allowed the owner of “Vkusno – and that’s the point” to buy a McDonald’s logistics partner

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) granted the application of OOO Logistika i Tochka for the purchase of 100% of the Russian assets of the logistics company HAVI Logistics (LLC Rulog). Logistika i Tochka is owned by Alexander Govor, who owns the Vkusno-i Tochka chain, which opened to replace McDonald’s in Russia.
The deal includes HAVI Uzlovaya LLC, RULOG LLC, HAVI Logistics Yelabuga LLC, and STI LLC. The amount of the transaction is not specified. In “Tasty – period” spokethat, as part of the deal, 14 distribution centers will depart from Mr. Govor’s company.
HAVI Logistics was founded in 2003 and is a logistics partner of McDonald’s. It also provides logistics services to British Petroleum, IKEA, Nordsee. HAVI distribution centers have been operating on the Russian market since 2008.
