Filming has begun for the new season of “Restaurant by Concept”

Vladimir Vdovichenkov, Dmitry Dyuzhev, Vladimir Sychev and Ivan Kokorin again dressed in black and returned to the roles of criminal restaurateurs. Filming of the third season of the series “Restaurant by Concepts” began in Moscow, although the previous two were criticized for what they were worth.

The main characters of the project are Shustry (Vladimir Vdovichenkov), Koschey (Vladimir Sychev), Kuvalda (Dmitry Dyuzhev) and Kilka (Ivan Kokorin) in the first season opened a restaurant with a criminal menu as a cover for preparing for a bank robbery. The establishment suddenly became popular and the criminal quartet turned into restaurateurs. In the second season, the heroes of the series, together with Ivan Okhlobystin, who joined them, tried in an amicable and not entirely clear way to deal with a vegan cafe, which suddenly began to attract customers. This time, the restaurant lads will be expanding their business, and the star guest of the season will be Gosha Kutsenko.

All the characters are already on the set and intend to again test the strength of the idea of a parody of “Kitchen” mixed with nostalgia for “Brigade” and “Blind Man’s Bluff”. It is noteworthy that even at the height of the first season, the project received a generous portion of not the most flattering reviews. Fans of the actors involved in the main roles praised the series for their favorite faces, but immediately noted that there was almost nothing for the stars to play here. Critics compared the scenes of “Restaurant by Concept” with school amateur performances, and absolutely everyone complained about the terrible shortage of funny jokes.

In the second season, which came as a surprise to everyone who was sure that the project would not last long, there were no significant changes either with the series or with the reaction to it. Even those who saw advantages in the project complained about the modest imagination of the screenwriters, whose fuse ended around the third episode, although the running time of each of them was only twenty minutes. Nevertheless, Shustry, Koschey, Kuvalda and Sprat, apparently, turned out to be characters capable of becoming something of a viewing habit. Especially when we are talking about viewers whose youth passed at the turn of the nineties and zeros.

For Vdovichenkov, Dyuzhev, Sychev and Kokorin, the characters from “Restaurant by Concepts” are long-acted out images. But the opportunity to return to such is a good opportunity for actors not to stand idle without work while waiting for more serious projects.
