The government is discussing the possibility of privatizing Dom.RF through an IPO. Vedomosti learned about the start of negotiations. According to them, securities may be placed on the Moscow Exchange in 2024. The state will retain a controlling stake. The press service of Dom.RF confirmed that they are working on the sale of a stake in the Development Institute. At the same time, its CEO Vitaly Mutko admitted back in 2021 that the company would go public. Then he noted that the company was growing “even above the market” and would “need capital.”
