The Tekhkomplekt company won the auction for the sale of the Pravda publishing house building on the street of the same name in Moscow. This is reported “Vedomosti” with reference to the tender protocol. The starting price was 525 million rubles, they agreed to pay 625 million rubles.

According to SPARK-Interfax, Tekhkomplekt is owned by the Ecoscan company, in which Sergey Krasavin owns 75% and Oleg Dedkov owns 25%. They did not comment on the deal. The company “Proizvodstvenny Kompleks” also took part in the auction, but its price offer was lower – 619 million rubles.

About plans of DOM.RF to put up for sale the building of the Pravda newspaper plant became known in July 2022. The total area of ​​the plant is 19.5 thousand square meters. m, it was built in 1931–1937 by the architect Panteleimon Golosov. The plant became the first building in the USSR intended for the needs of a printing house; in 1987 it received the status of an architectural monument. Its starting price was 756.6 million rubles.
