Director Dmitry Astrakhan: “In the year of my work, not a single person was fired”

In the “Star Kitchen” program at the MK press center, there was a live broadcast with director Dmitry Astrakhan, who spoke about his relationship with the Trubnaya Theater troupe.

“I have been working in the theater for a year, not a single person has been fired,” says Dmitry. — My relationship with the troupe is working, some are more busy, some are less. I believe that there is one way – this is cooperation, and it should be the basis of any business. I am for a theater of artists, so that everyone can be on their own, but at the same time, all normal people should find professional common ground.”
