The Samolet development group announced that it would build a residential complex with an area of 31 thousand square meters. m. in Yekaterinburg. The developer will also resettle seven buildings in the city’s emergency fund with a total area of 3.5 thousand square meters. m.
“The company won the competition for the development of a site in Yekaterinburg under the KRT agreement. More than 31 thousand square meters will be built on an area of 1.8 hectares. m of housing,” the company’s press service told TASS.
The residential complex will be located on Letchikov Street. 739 apartments are designed in three buildings of 13–33 floors. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2024 and be completed four years later.
Most of the properties of the Samolet developer are located in Moscow and the Moscow region. Also, the geography of the group’s activities includes St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Tyumen. In June, it was reported about Samolet’s plans to build facilities in the Perm region.
