On February 27, the Vkusno-i Tochka fast food restaurant chain will add an analogue of the Big Mac to the menu – the Big Hit burger. This was reported to Vedomosti by a representative of the company.
The novelty will be available for order in all Russian network enterprises. The cost of a burger will be from 165 rubles.
It will include 100% beef cutlets, cheese, pickled cucumbers, lettuce, onions, a bun with two types of sesame seeds and Big Hit secret sauce.
The difficulty with recreating the Big Mac was to replace the original sauce with a similar one that, using different ingredients, would not differ in taste, explained previously General Director of the network Oleg Paroev.
Against the backdrop of the start of a special operation in Ukraine, on March 14, 2022, the American McDonald’s closed its restaurants in Russia, and on May 16, 2022, announced its final withdrawal from the country. As a result, the Russian assets were sold to the local licensee Alexander Govor. The company reserved the option to buy the business back within 15 years. On June 12, the first establishments under the new name “Tasty – and that’s it” opened in Moscow.
