The head of the Khabarovsk Territory, Mikhail Degtyarev, believes that it is necessary to recognize partial mobilization as an insured event. This will allow military personnel to close their mortgage loans, he explained. He sent his proposal to the government.

“We are separately dealing with the issue of recognizing partial mobilization as an insured event at the level of legislation … Such an appeal with my signature has already been sent to the government,” Mr. Degtyarev said in a video published in Telegram.

In each district of the Khabarovsk Territory, it is planned to create support centers to help the families of the mobilized. In particular, in Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur, such families have already been exempted from paying for kindergartens. In the municipalities, schoolchildren were provided with free meals, and they also introduced one-time assistance to students of secondary and higher educational institutions for 20 thousand rubles.

September 28 State Duma accepted law on credit holidays for mobilized citizens and members of their families. Initially, the law concerned those who were called up as part of the mobilization, but then its effect distributed on volunteers. FSSP already suspended collection of debts from the mobilized.

More about the law – in the publication “Kommersant” “Mobilization Vacation”.
