Concern “Kalashnikov” increased production by 15%

The volume of products manufactured by the Kalashnikov Concern increased by an average of 15% in the first quarter, reported on the company’s website.
“The growth of labor productivity in JSC Concern Kalashnikov at the end of 2021 amounted to 11%. For the 1st quarter of 2022, this figure increased by another 10%. At the same time, since the beginning of 2022, the enterprise has noted a significant increase in the volume of manufactured products – by an average of 15%,” the report says.
The tool and machine tool divisions of the concern showed the best results: there, production volumes increased by 20% compared to the same periods in 2020-2021.
The concern, according to managing director Andrey Baryshnikov, today faces serious challenges, in particular, due to the disruption of supply chains, however, the recorded results are fully consistent with the task of achieving technological sovereignty set by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
