The growth of exports in October was ensured by deliveries to non-CIS countries, which also became the maximum since July and amounted to about 16.6 million tons, one of the interlocutors clarifies. Exports to neighboring countries in October, he said, decreased compared to September and amounted to just over 900,000 tons.
