The Redecoro project, which positions itself as the Russian analogue of H&M Home and Zara Home, will be developed by Decor Concept, a source close to one of its partners told Vedomosti. This is confirmed by the data of SPARK-Interfax. It says that the rights to the Redecoro trademark belong to Anastasia Kondakova, who is the CEO and owner of 20% of Decor Concept. She previously worked at Inditex and Zara Home, one of the consultants knows. In addition, Kondakova also has her own business – a network of Face Class facial massage parlors. The entrepreneur also develops clothing brands AK Kondakova and Ru.mour. A spokesman for Redecoro declined to comment.
The remaining shares in the Decor Concept, according to SPARK-Interfax, belong in equal proportions to Kenan Ahmadli, co-owner of the Buta Construction construction company (a subcontractor of the Turkish Renaissance Construction, which built Dream Island, the Rostec City business park etc.), and Namik Ilyaguev.
