The head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov, denied reports in foreign media that the Russian army is experiencing a shortage of ammunition. He stated that the military-industrial complex increased their production several times.

“The talk our enemies are having today about Russia running out of rockets, shells, and something else is complete nonsense,” Mr. Chemezov said.

At the same time, he admitted that the consumption of shells, both cartridges for small arms, artillery and tank shots, as well as missiles, is really high.
