The holiday agency Graffin-event, which participated in the organization of the “Yes, Chef” festival in Yekaterinburg, filed a lawsuit against the company of the famous chef and TV presenter Konstantin Ivlev LLC “Chef Fest” for the collection of debt in the amount of 664 thousand rubles, it follows from the file data Moscow Arbitration Court. The case is now being considered in the court of first instance.
Konstantin Ivlev was the organizer and host of the “Yes, Chief” festival, which took place on July 22 and 23. As part of the event, the chef and students of the culinary college prepared a roll weighing 41.5 kg, which was included in the Russian Book of Records. The dish was made from ham, cheese mass, mayonnaise, garlic and dill, and the cook used gelatin to hold the ingredients together.
The case also involves the manufacturer of EZhK mayonnaise, which was used in the preparation of the roll, the Rusargo plant. Kommersant-Ural was unable to promptly obtain comments from representatives of Graffin-event. The Ivlev Group refrained from commenting.
The Graffin-event agency is registered in Yekaterinburg. At the end of 2022, the company’s revenue amounted to 3.6 million rubles, and net profit reached 612 thousand rubles. The founders of the company are Daria Vaulina and Alexander Sorokin.
