Channel One and VGTRK have published price lists for the placement of campaign videos during the presidential election campaign in 2024. Depending on the time, prices range from 100 thousand to 1 million rubles, reports RBC. The media campaign phase will take place from February 17 to March 15.
According to the publication, the cheapest time slot on Channel One – from 5:00 to 8:00 Moscow time on weekends from February 17 to March 1 – costs 109.6 thousand for 20 seconds of broadcast. The same slot on weekdays costs 273–274.9 thousand rubles. On “Russia 1” the same slots on weekends will cost 86.5–86.6 thousand rubles, on weekdays – 185.2–186.6 thousand rubles.
The most expensive time slot on Channel One – from 20:00 to 23:00 Moscow time on weekdays March 2-8 – costs 1.14 million rubles. in 20 seconds. On weekends, this slot will cost RUB 1.07 million. On “Russia 1” the same time on weekdays will cost 861 thousand rubles, on weekends – 1.05 million rubles.
On Russia 1, the most expensive time is from 17:00 to 20:00 on weekends before the elections – it will cost 1.19 million rubles. in 20 seconds. On Channel One, such a slot will cost 917 thousand rubles.
On Russia 24 in February, a 20-second slot will cost 64 rubles, in March – 59.1 thousand rubles. Propaganda videos broadcast on Radio Russia will cost 104.9 thousand rubles. in 30 seconds. On Mayak radio the same time will cost 91.5 thousand rubles, on Vesti FM radio – 125 thousand rubles.
According to the conditions put forward by the channels, the minimum duration of a propaganda video should be 5 seconds. The cost of posting videos with a duration of less than 20 seconds will be calculated in proportion to the price list. According to the rules of “First”, advance payment for advertising placement must be made in full no later than three working days before the broadcast of the video. If the first day of placement falls on the period from February 17 to February 21, 2024, the prepayment period is reduced to two days.
