Boeing’s quarterly revenue increased by 20% – Kommersant

Today, October 25, the American aerospace corporation Boeing submitted reports for the third quarter. Its revenue grew by 20%, to $18.1 billion. The company also significantly reduced its net loss: from $3.3 billion a year earlier to $1.6 billion. Boeing shares rose in price by 3.6% after the publication of the reports, although later decreased slightly, but nevertheless remained at a level 0.8% higher than the previous day.
At the same time, the company announced a reduction in planned deliveries of Boeing 737 due to problems with components supplied by Spirit AeroSystems. Boeing previously planned to deliver 400–450 of these aircraft in 2023, but now the target has been reduced to 375–400. At the same time, in the third quarter, revenue from the commercial aircraft division grew by 25%, to $7.9 billion, primarily due to increased deliveries of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
