“In 2020-2021, apartments could be sold in days. Now the terms, of course, have increased due to the fall in effective demand and, secondly, the pressure of prices that have formed in 2020-21,” Nikolay Popov, commercial director of Avito Nedvizhimost, commented on the study.
As stated in a press release from Avito (Kommersant has it), the exposition period of Moscow apartments on the primary real estate market was about 5 months. The owners also faced difficulties in selling the most expensive apartments with four or more rooms – the sale period of such objects at an average cost of 469 thousand rubles. per square meter was 8 months.
