The average cost of a monthly apartment rental in Russia in January 2023 increased by 25% compared to the same period in 2022, Avito Real Estate, a service for posting ads, said. The price has not changed since December. The results of the study leads TASS.
The rent of three-room apartments went up the most — by 33.3%, to 40,000 rubles. The price of living in a two-room apartment increased by 31.8%, to 29 thousand rubles, in a one-room apartment – by 17.6%, to 20 thousand rubles. The cost of renting studios and apartments with four or more rooms has not changed.
Where the most expensive rent has risen:
- Rostov-on-Don – 23.5%;
- Voronezh – 21.4%;
- Omsk – 20%.
In Moscow and St. Petersburg, apartment rentals decreased by 21.4% and 10%, respectively. In the capital, one-room apartments became cheaper by 7.2%, two-room apartments – by 15.4%, three-room apartments – by 36.9%.
According to research CIAN.Analitika, in January, the average cost of renting one-room apartments in 18 largest regional markets in Russia amounted to 21.4 thousand rubles. per month, two-room apartments – 31 thousand rubles. Over the month, the values decreased by 0.1% and 0.8%, respectively.
