At the same time, in comparison with the first half of 2023, the exchange reduced the loss by 82.6 million rubles. This is due to the effective placement of own funds in debt and interest-bearing instruments. Over the past year, the St. Petersburg Exchange increased its liabilities under the item “Credits, borrowings and other borrowed funds” almost twice – to 2.526 billion rubles.
The site’s revenue for the provision of services and commission income in 2023 amounted to 616.4 million rubles, which is 33% lower than the previous year. Trade and investment income, on the contrary, increased to 832.5 million rubles. compared to a loss of RUB 1.099 billion. in 2022. Direct operating expenses of the exchange decreased by more than 22%, to RUB 291.7 million.
