Concerts of singer Diana Arbenina in Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk will not take place. Ticket sales sites say events are cancelled. Previously, this was required by local authorities.

Ticket sales service Vl.ru, announced the cancellation of the concert in Vladivostok, which was scheduled for February 27. It is noted that the money for the concert will be returned to the cards from which the payment was made. Service Ticket65 announced the cancellation of the concert in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, which was supposed to take place today, February 25.

Vladivostok authorities previously recommended canceling the concert, but the Municipal Control Center refused to do so because the performance was agreed with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. After this, Mayor Konstantin Shestakov sent letter of recommendation to the concert organizers. Deputy of the Sakhalin Regional Duma Alexander Sharifulin spoke with a demand to cancel the concert in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. He explained this by the singer’s position on Crimea and Donbass and statements about the military operation.

This week, Diana Arbenina’s concerts took place in Blagoveshchensk and Khabarovsk. Last year, the singer’s concerts in Saratov, Yoshkar-Ola and Tomsk were canceled.
