Aqualife Resource applied to the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the purchase of an asset of the American Kellogg

The Aqualife Resource company sent a request to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) for a preliminary consent to the purchase of the Russian “daughter” of Kellogg Co. – Kelog Rus LLC. This was reported by “Interfax” with reference to the materials of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
The Kelog Rus company is registered in Voronezh, it produces ready-made breakfasts under the brands Lyubyatovo, Unicorn, Dinosaurs, ChocoZavr and Extra.
From the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it follows that Aqualife Resource belongs to Management Technologies LLC, which owns Aqualife, Global Snack and Baby Food. The beneficiary of Management Technologies is Alexey Chetvergov.
Sources of “Kommersant” spokethat the business of an American company in Russia can also be bought out by Chernogolovka. The deal is expected to close in early 2023.
