Apartment rental prices in several districts of Moscow increased by 70% – Kommersant

As Alexey Mukhanov, head of the analytics service at Yandex Rentals, explained, prices for apartment rentals have risen rapidly amid increased demand this summer. “One of the main reasons is the increase in demand for long-term rentals; over the summer, user interest increased by 69%, and this resulted in a ‘washing out’ of budget offers,” said a representative of the service.

From July to November, the average price for renting a Moscow apartment increased by 36%. The most popular were studios – views increased by 59%, as well as “odnushki” – they began to be viewed more often by 52%.

In addition, the rental price of three-ruble rubles within the boundaries of old Moscow has increased noticeably – by 36%, to 150 thousand rubles. Studios and two-room apartments became more expensive by 23% – 65 thousand and 80 thousand rubles. Accordingly, “odnushki” increased by 22%, to 55 thousand rubles.

In New Moscow, “one-room apartments” showed significant growth – by 28%, to 44.9 thousand rubles. The price of “three rubles” increased by 25%, to an average of 75 thousand rubles. At the studio, prices increased by 21%, to 37 thousand rubles. The cost of renting two-room apartments remained the same – 50 thousand rubles.

In the Moscow region, prices increased most for “three rubles” – up to 55 thousand rubles. Studios and one-room apartments – by 11 and 10%, respectively, up to 30 thousand and 32 thousand rubles. “Kopeck piece” prices increased less – by 5%, to 40 thousand rubles.
