Rostelecom added that Godovikov in his new post will combine the positions of senior vice president for work with the mass segment of Rostelecom, CEO of Tele2 and head of the B2C cluster. According to Rostelecom President Mikhail Oseevsky, the personnel changes are “aimed at forming a unified management structure for the B2C cluster.”

Godovikov was replaced in this position by Alexey Telkov, who had headed Tele2 since March 2023. Rostelecom noted that he was leaving the company. A Tele2 representative left no comment on Vedomosti’s question about where Telkov was going.

In March, all Rostelecom retail was consolidated into one B2C cluster. It included the B2C segment of RT, Tele2, Wink, MC MTT. Anton Godovikov was appointed head of the cluster. Tele2, under the leadership of Alexey Telkov, was subordinate to him.
