Marinychev was born in 1978. For several years he worked at the Regional Energy Commission of the Republic of Sakha. Then he moved to the post of Deputy General Director of Sakhatransneftegaz. In 2010, by presidential decree, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic. “Daughter” of “Alrosa” – “Diamonds of Anabara” – he headed in 2016.
