The full restoration of the Crimean bridge will take, according to preliminary estimates, up to a month and a half, said the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov. He also noted that the movement of trucks on the Crimean bridge could be resumed by October 16.
“I could be wrong, but according to forecasts, within a month and a half, all work on the restoration of the bridge should be completed,” the head of Crimea said on the air of the Rossiya 1 TV channel.
Recall that as a result of a truck explosion on the Crimean bridge, which, according to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, was prepared by the Ukrainian special services, two spans of the automobile part of the transport crossing were partially destroyed and fell into the water. One track of the railway part was also deformed.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who heads the government commission for the restoration of the facility, declaredthat the damaged bridge support is planned to be restored by the end of this week. Also by this time, deliveries of metal structures from Tyumen, Kurgan and Voronezh are expected.
