The tender for construction and installation work on the construction of a new terminal complex of internal air lines of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport was announced by the company Kreditinvest LLC (operator of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport, Stavropol Territory).
As advertised on the website “RosTender”, the initial purchase price is 11,568,085,389 rubles. Advance payment – 100%. Applications are accepted until January 16, 2023. Under the terms of the tender, the contractor must complete the work by November 28, 2024. The form of the procurement is open negotiations.
On the Internet portal about investment activities in the Stavropol Territory, in the description of the project for a new air terminal complex in Mineralnye Vody, it is said that the main technological parameters of the project suggest that the total area of the complex will be about 25 thousand square meters. m. Passenger traffic on domestic lines is planned to be up to 3 million passengers a year. Hourly peak load indicators are 1040 passengers per hour, 720 people per combined arrival and departure.
By information administration of the Mineralnye Vody Okrug, more than 60 million rubles have already been invested in the project, the architectural and planning concept was approved, and the detailing of the facades of the new building was being worked out.
According to the information on the Novaport website, in 2021 the sterile waiting area for domestic flights was enlarged and reconstructed at Mineralnye Vody International Airport.
At the end of 2021, the airport served more than 3.2 million people.
In 2022, there is a rapid increase in the number of flights and passenger traffic compared to previous years. On the busiest days, the daily number of passengers exceeds 15 thousand people. In the first five months of 2022, the airport’s total passenger traffic grew by 18.3% comparison with the same period in 2021.
