The general director of Russia’s largest car dealer Rolf, Svetlana Vinogradova, left her position, the company’s press service reported. Alexey Gulyaev was appointed the new head of Rolf from December 22.

The company’s press service clarified that Ms. Vinogradova, who has headed the company since 2017, will take the position of first deputy to Mr. Gulyaev. “The operational management of Rolf will continue to remain under her leadership. The management team of JSC Rolf will continue to effectively manage the company,” the press service added (quoted by Interfax).

Since the early 2000s, Alexey Gulyaev worked for a long time in the structure of Rolf, and later in the companies Avtospetstsentr and Avilon. In 2018, Mr. Gulyaev was appointed chief operating officer of Avilon, and from 2022 to 2023 he served as deputy general director for service.

Earlier today, December 22, President Vladimir Putin signed decree on the transfer of Rolf shares to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency. Press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov explained This is a decision based on economic feasibility, compliance with Russian laws and international conditions.
