AFK Sistema will soon close the deal to buy Natura Siberica – Kommersant

The deal on the purchase of Natura Siberica by AFK Sistema is almost closed, reported Vedomosti Natura Siberica CEO Felix Lieb and AFC representative. They did not disclose the amount and other terms of the deal. Mr. Lieb specified that the corporation would become the owner of 100% of Natura Siberica.
Natura Siberica was founded in 2008 by Andrey Trubnikov, it included the brands Grandmother Agafia’s Recipes and Planeta Organica. Andrey Trubnikov died in January 2021, after which the company had a corporate conflict with his ex-wife Irina Trubnikova, who owns 40% of Natura Siberica. In January 2022, the CEO of Natura Siberica structures became former CEO of AFK Sistema Felix Lieb. In January 2023, the children of Mr. Trubnikov got shares in company structures.
