Aeroflot has completed a settlement for another 28 aircraft – Kommersant

Aeroflot Group (MOEX: AFLT) from December 14 to 21 completed a settlement with several groups of lessors for 28 aircraft. The insurance company NSK received title and paid the settlement amount.
As Kommersant was told by the press service of Aeroflot, lessors have stopped claims to Russian parties in relation to aircraft both under insurance policies and under leasing agreements with Aeroflot, Pobeda and Rossiya airlines (part of the group Aeroflot).
In November Aeroflot completed settlement of a dispute with Irish lessor BOC Aviation over nine aircraft, and in October with two other Irish lessors – SMBC Aviation Capital And CDB Aviation. In September Aeroflot settled relationship with Irish AerCap regarding the operation of 18 aircraft and five aircraft engines. The rights to the aircraft were transferred to NSK.
