ACRA assigns A- rating to ICS Holding – Kommersant

The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has assigned ICS Holding a credit rating of А- (RU). The press service of the agency clarified that such a decision was made, in particular, due to the company’s strong profitability.
“ICS Holding” unites the manufacturer of computer technology Yadro Group, suppliers of equipment for SORM “Citadel” and “Kryptonite”, the developer of solutions in the field of information security “Garda Technologies”, as well as “Bureau 1440” (a company preparing to launch a low-orbit satellite constellation) .
“The credit rating of ICS Holding LLC is due to a high assessment of the market position, very strong profitability indicators of the Holding, high credit quality indicators of the main regions of presence, low volatility in demand for key products and the high complexity of creating analogues of ICS Holding products,” the press says. The agency noted that one of the factors that influenced the assignment of the rating was that ICS Holding is the beneficiary of the withdrawal of foreign suppliers from the Russian market, which contributes to high financial performance. In addition, the rating level is positively influenced by strong debt service indicators.
At the end of 2022, ICS Holding received consolidated revenue of 91 billion rubles. (+115% yoy), EBITDA increased to RUB 29 bn. (+180% year on year). In February of this year, due to the Russian military operation in Ukraine, ICS Holding and the parent legal entity Yadro Group, along with other technology companies hit under blocking US sanctions.
