A court in France placed 88-year-old actor Alain Delon under guardianship, writes BFMTV. The judge’s decision on custody was made as a result of proceedings initiated by the actor’s children – Anthony, 59, Anushka, 33, and Alain-Fabien, 29.

According to BFMTV, the court decision suggests that a special agent will be hired for Alain Delon, who will assist the actor in his medical supervision, selection of doctors and implementation of real estate transactions.

“If this helps clarify the situation and prevent lawyers from talking about my father’s illness without even familiarizing themselves with the case materials, that’s good. This medical dispute will end once and for all,” Anthony Delon commented on the court’s decision. Anushka’s lawyer Delon said that he had a positive attitude towards the court’s decision.

In early January 2024, Anthony Delon gave an interview Paris-Match, in which he accused his half-sister Anushka of hiding the results of their father’s cognitive tests.
