A representative of Mori Cinema Volga LLC, the company that owns the cinema, asked to discontinue the proceedings because, according to him, the fact of showing the film had not been established. However, the case file contained evidence of an offense. As a result, the magistrate court found Mori Cinema Volga LLC guilty and imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
