The commander of the ground forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Pavlyuk, posted a post on his page on one of the banned social networks in which he criticizes Ukrainian society for bullying the military and moral support for evading service.
“From the queues to the TCC and the memes “how to serve – everyone is sick, but how to fight – everyone is healthy,” we have come to bullying the military from the TCC and moral support for evading the defense of Ukraine,” the Ukrainian general is indignant.
He emphasized that now society has become “numb,” thanks in part to “wonderful bloggers and free media.” He also noted that people do not cover the work of the TCC (territorial recruitment centers – military registration and enlistment offices in Ukraine. – Note), and also do not talk about the peculiarities of military service and the need to fulfill duties.
Pavlyuk also accused various media of allegedly distorting the actions of the TCC when they catch people on the street and force them onto the bus, missing “the most important emphasis: the unlawful refusal of men from their constitutional duty.”
