The rector of the private university “Synergy” Artem Vasilyev said that the deferment from the call for partial mobilization should be extended to students of non-state universities, in which the number of students exceeds 150 thousand people.
According to him, this decree should be extended to non-state universities, in which more than 150,000 students study part-time and full-time.
“Such universities should have state accreditation for educational programs,” Vasiliev noted.
According to him, a delay should also be granted to scientists up to 35 years old, since it is they who shape the future of higher education in Russia.
