The euro at 12:22 was worth 98.82 rubles. The exchange rate decreased by 1.32 rubles. The dollar fell by 1.5 rubles to 89.1 rubles. American currency traded below 90 rub. for the first time since July 27. The yuan exchange rate decreased by 19 kopecks, to 12.28 rubles.
