“This is not discussed in the Kremlin, but, of course, all economists, all experts and authoritative participants in the economic life of the country and the banking sector are discussing various topics related to accelerating the country’s economic development in the conditions in which we are now. And so here, of course, one of the points of view that Kostin presented here is very interesting, ”said the Kremlin representative during a press call.
Head of VTB convincedthat restarting privatization in Russia could be a source of funds for creating a new model of economic growth. Among its advantages, Mr. Kostin also named “strengthening the foundations of market mechanisms, giving momentum to the further development of the stock market, the formation of a new generation of managers.” In his opinion, privatization has repeatedly proved its effectiveness.
