Almost 80% of foreign software has Russian analogues, said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko. According to him, more than half of Russian solutions have a “medium and high level of maturity.”
“The President set the task of ensuring Russia’s technological independence. It is this that serves as the basis of national sovereignty. Almost 80% of foreign software already has domestic analogues,” said Mr. Chernyshenko “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Russian Federation has not slowed down the pace of digitalization, despite the sanctions, and is making a “seamless transition to domestic know-how.” It was possible to implement 12 “particularly significant projects” in such areas as aviation transport, metallurgy, oil and gas, petrochemicals and others.
As an example, Mr. Chernyshenko cited a “domestic certified service” that “has found wide application” in the public sector – it combines a mailbox, file storage, calendar, a tool for holding online conferences and other functions. The Deputy Prime Minister described the service as “an automated workplace for officials.”
