The share of decisions on lending to corporate clients made by artificial intelligence (AI) at Sberbank has reached 40%, said bank President German Gref during a speech at the World Youth Festival.
“By the end of the year, this number should be 60%, by the end of 2026 – 80%: artificial intelligence is replacing humans much faster than we would like,” announced the head of Sber and advised young people of all professions to more actively master the developing technology.
Regarding lending to citizens at Sberbank, Mr. Gref recalled, “people do not make decisions at all.” “100% of decisions are made by AI,” said German Gref.
