The President of Russia, in his Address to the Federal Assembly on February 29, announced a long-term program for the preservation of Russian cultural heritage sites. He also proposed organizing a long-term program for the preservation of cultural heritage sites. In his opinion, this requires measures to support citizens, public associations, and companies that invest money and effort in the reconstruction of monuments:

– By 2030, at least a thousand cultural heritage sites throughout the country must be put in order, given a second life, so that they serve people and decorate our cities and villages.

The head of state also noted that funding for fundamental projects in the field of culture, updating the infrastructure of cinema halls, clubs, schools, theaters, libraries, and museums will continue:

“We will allocate an additional 100 billion rubles in six years,” Putin promised.
