Singer Yury Antonov unexpectedly arrived at the music festival in Vitebsk, Belarus, although lately he has not only rarely performed, but simply appears in public infrequently. Antonov’s performance was not announced in the program, so his appearance on stage was a surprise.
For four years, the artist has been suffering from pain in his leg. It all started with the fact that Antonov sprained her, severe pain began, then the doctors discovered fatal changes in the knee. Then the singer decided on an operation in Austria, he completely replaced the joint. However, the pain did not go away.
Hoping to get rid of the disease, Yuri Antonov even flew to the luminary of Chinese medicine, but the musician failed. On the advice of friends, he flew to Dubai to see a Chinese doctor. However, he did not have a powder with him that could help Antonov – the singer was no longer ready to go to China.
As a result, Yuri Mikhailovich almost stopped leaving his country house and visiting Moscow.
Antonov entered the festival stage in Vitebsk without a cane. The singer addressed the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who was in the hall, wishing him health and success.
It was difficult for the artist to stand – he was sitting at a white piano. Obviously, after the performance, Yuri Mikhailovich felt that the pain intensified. Therefore, he, along with the piano, was transported to the edge of the stage. And only there the singer left the instrument and quietly walked backstage. As a great artist, Antonov could not allow the public to notice his indisposition.
