“Yandex” disclosed the share of employees working from abroad – Kommersant

Representatives of “Yandex” explained that the past year “turned out to be difficult, including for employees” of the company. To help them cope with a “difficult emotional background,” the company focused on their psychological health, the report said. Consultations of psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists were available to employees. Psychological support programs were also launched in foreign offices and hubs of Yandex, the document says.
