“Yandex” appealed against the decision of NASDAQ on delisting

Yandex filed an appeal against the decision of the NASDAQ exchange to delist the shares of a class A company, reported company press office.
Yandex expects that the hearing on the appeal will take place within 45 days from the date of the appeal. Under NASDAQ rules, a delisting cannot proceed until the review is complete.
Trading in the securities of the Russian IT giant on the American exchange has not been carried out since February 28, 2022. On the Moscow Stock Exchange, Yandex shares continue to be traded.
About NASDAQ plans to host delisting securities of a number of Russian companies (Yandex, Ozon, Qiwi, HeadHunter) became known on March 15.
